Outside of the US continental 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands), there is an extra charge of $15.00 in addition to the regular US ground shipping rates below.

Need it fast? Tell us to rush it! Guaranteed two-day service is available. In-stock rush orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship same day. Maximum five pounds per package. US continental 48 states delivery only. E-mail for rate information on heavier packages and other locations. UPS next day or federal express standard overnight service with delivery the next business day is also available for a minimal additional charge.

Return and Exchanges

Need to return an item? 
Please return items in original condition and unused within 30 days to insure a fast refund of purchase price or exchange. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing list enclosed with your order. Send items UPS or insured parcel post.

For international returns:
 Please e-mail ccr@practicon.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending back your return. Include your name, complete address, and order number in your e-mail. Unauthorized international returns are subject to refusal.
